- Improve cooking skills and follow recipes.
We offer everything a mainstream dietitian does, plus more, such as:
- Supporting diets for people who experience difficulties with chewing and swallowing.
- Selective or resistant eating.
- Excessive weight gain which impacts social or physical functioning.
- Stressful mealtimes and other mealtime challenges such as food refusal, not coming to the table, eating with distractions or avoidance of eating socially.
- Pressure injuries and nutrition for wound healing.
- Bowel issues e.g. constipation, diarrhoea, coeliac disease, limited food/fibre intake.
Our dietitians are able to develop individual strategies, meal plans, prescribe oral nutrition supplements and more to support individuals to achieve their lifestyle and health goals.
We provide professional, empathetic, one-on-one consultations at your home or nominated facility. We take the time to get to know you and your individual circumstances, which then allows us to understand your needs and begin creating your personalised nutrition solution.
Each of our individual consultations includes expert nutrition advice, practical solutions tailored to specific requirements and ongoing education, monitoring and support.
In addition, we provide dietetic support to iCare and NIISQ participants.
We would love to hear from you!
