Lyn Pollock

Principal Dietitian APD, AN
Lyn is a caring and empathetic Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 30 years of experience in Clinical, Consultant and Community Dietetics. Since her Post-Graduate Dietetics qualification in South Africa in 1990, she has worked in various countries in hospitals, Private Practice and Nutrition Centres.
Lyn immigrated to Australia in 2000, and for the past 18 years has practised as Consultant Dietitian on the Gold and Tweed Coasts. She established NutriWise Dietitians, and works with her colleagues Alice and Eliza, to provide Private Practice Dietetics Services to a broad range of clients, particularly the elderly. In recent years, she has also developed a love of assisting people with disabilities to optimise their health through good nutrition.
Lyn has always been passionate about helping people improve their well-being through healthy diet, by encouraging simple and sustainable lifestyle changes. She believes in a personalised holistic approach to nutrition therapy, and ensuring that clients receive tailored advice to support to their goals and conditions effectively, using robust scientific principles.
Lyn consults to aged care organisations and works across all of our nutrition service areas.

Alice O’Donnell

Dietitian APD, AN
Alice is a warm and empathetic Accredited Practising Dietitian with experience across the private practice, aged care and educational contexts. Alice’s own love of food and healthy eating motivated her to pursue a career as a dietitian, and she enjoys empowering patients to improve their overall health through a greater understanding of nutrition. Alongside her qualifications as a dietitian, Alice has also obtained a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from The University of Southern Queensland, and strives to support her patients with a caring, patient-centred and holistic approach. Alice believes that healthy eating should be both an experience to enjoyed, as well as nourishing to the body.
Alice can see you as a private patient, under a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (Care Plan) or as a DVA client.

Dietitian APD, AN
Eliza is a compassionate and client-focused Accredited Practising Dietitian with experience across clinical, community, and private practice settings. She is passionate about supporting clients to improve their wellbeing through food, and she believes that healthy eating should be both enjoyable and nourishing. She offers a non-judgemental, inclusive space and is dedicated to helping clients build long-term habits that support their physical and mental health.
